Private Family Investment & Technology Group

Invisible by choice. Inevitable by design.

Kisca is building proprietary trading systems, AI-powered intelligence platforms, and execution infrastructure across digital assets, blockchain security, and emerging markets — from algorithmic execution engines to real-time threat detection across 8 blockchains.

Trust nothing. Verify everything.

Private by design

We build the systems others wish they had.

Kisca is a family-founded investment and technology firm. We are designing, building, and deploying proprietary algorithmic systems — from algorithmic execution engines to machine learning models — engineered to find edge where others see noise.

Our principals developed deep expertise across quantitative trading, on-chain forensic analysis, and systems engineering through direct experience. What started as a conviction in digital assets evolved into a broader discipline: building technology designed to give us an information and execution advantage across any market we enter.

We operate exclusively on behalf of the founding family. No outside investors, no client obligations. This lets us move fast, think long-term, and focus on what matters: building better systems, making sound decisions, and compounding our edge over time.

Three founders. One firm. Complete alignment.

Research first, always

What makes our structure different.

Structure

Family Alignment

Kisca was built by family, for family. The people making the decisions are the same people living with the outcomes. No outside investors to appease, no quarterly reports to optimize for, no misaligned incentives. Capital is founder-funded and founder-controlled. That alignment shapes everything — from how we approach position sizing to how patiently we evaluate opportunity.

Edge

Technological Edge

We build our own systems from scratch — algorithmic execution engines, machine learning pipelines, market-making algorithms, and on-chain forensic platforms. Our infrastructure is designed to span globally deployed edge nodes, multi-exchange connectivity, and real-time risk management, built in Rust, Go, and Python for speed and reliability. Most market participants rely on off-the-shelf solutions. We prefer to build what doesn't exist yet.

Discipline

Patience as Strategy

Our structure is designed for the long view. We don't chase hype cycles or react to headlines. Positions are built over time, sized carefully, and held with conviction. Systems are validated through extensive paper trading before capital is committed. In markets that punish impatience and reward discipline, we're built for it.

What we build

Our work spans four disciplines.

001

Quantitative Trading & Execution

Engineered for algorithmic arbitrage, market making, and execution across multiple exchanges. Our proprietary systems are designed to identify pricing inefficiencies and execute with precision — built to run on globally deployed edge nodes with sub-50ms target latency. Multiple independent trading engines, each purpose-built for a specific strategy class, backed by reinforcement learning models and real-time risk controls.

002

On-Chain Intelligence

Wallet clustering, exchange flow tracking, cross-chain monitoring, and real-time MEV detection. We read the blockchain at the transaction level — tracing asset movements, mapping wallet structures, and identifying patterns invisible to surface-level analysis. Our forensic platforms are built to process on-chain data continuously, turning raw blockchain state into actionable intelligence.

003

Systematic Strategy

Research-driven position sizing, risk management, and multi-model alpha generation across a hierarchy of ML strategies — from momentum and mean reversion to volatility and sentiment models. Every thesis is validated through rigorous backtesting, walk-forward optimization, and extended paper trading before capital is committed. A disciplined, data-first approach to capital allocation across asset classes.

004

Expanding Horizons

Extending our algorithmic discipline into sports analytics, horse racing models, emerging wagering markets, and traditional equities. The same principles underlying our digital asset systems — data ingestion, quantitative modeling, disciplined execution, and rigorous risk management — apply wherever markets price uncertainty. Same systems-first approach, new frontiers.

We don't predict markets. We build systems that find edge.
Kisca Operating Philosophy

The founding team

Three co-founders covering operations, technology, and portfolio strategy.

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Stephanie Gassel

Stephanie leads the firm's overall strategy, business operations, and execution across all verticals. She oversees capital allocation decisions, risk governance, and the operational infrastructure that keeps Kisca's trading systems, research pipelines, and portfolio management running smoothly.

She manages exchange and counterparty relationships, ensures regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, and drives the firm's expansion into new markets. Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, Stephanie currently lives in Dallas, Texas.

Co-Founder & CTO

Brendan Slevin

Brendan designs and builds all of Kisca's proprietary technology — from algorithmic trading systems and quantitative models to AI-powered intelligence platforms and blockchain security tools. He is the architect behind SpectralFlo (real-time MEV detection across 8 chains using 11 ML models), Graviton (MEV-aware execution engine with Uniswap V4 hooks), and the firm's multi-exchange arbitrage infrastructure.

His technical work spans graph neural networks, LSTM forecasters, Transformer-based anomaly detection, and reinforcement learning — all built in Rust, Python, and TypeScript for production-grade performance. He is building the full engineering stack: globally deployed edge nodes, real-time ML inference via ONNX Runtime, Kubernetes orchestration, and the data pipelines that connect it all. Brendan splits his time between Santa Fe, New Mexico and St. Petersburg, Florida.

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Robert Slevin

Robert brings operational discipline and cross-functional support to the firm, working across both the technology and business sides of Kisca. He contributes to portfolio oversight, trade review, and the day-to-day coordination that keeps the firm's expanding operations aligned.

As Kisca scales into new verticals, Robert's role grows with it — taking on increasing responsibility across systems management, research support, and operational execution. Robert is based in St. Petersburg, Florida.

What we ship

Proprietary platforms built by our engineering team.

SF

SpectralFlo

Real-time MEV intelligence and protection platform. 11 ML models — graph neural networks, LSTMs, Transformers, and XGBoost ensembles — detect, classify, and defend against Maximal Extractable Value across 8 blockchains with sub-second latency. Includes Graviton, our MEV-aware execution engine with Uniswap V4 hook integrations for on-chain transaction protection. 20 Rust crates, React dashboard, REST/GraphQL/WebSocket APIs, and multi-chain indexing infrastructure.

GV

Graviton

MEV-aware execution engine and active countermeasure system. Routes transactions through private order flow channels (Flashbots, MEV Blocker, MEV-Share), simulates MEV risk in real time, and deploys Uniswap V4 smart contract hooks that penalize sandwich bots at the protocol level. Part of the SpectralFlo ecosystem.
